We are committed to working with all stakeholders to meet the challenge of implementing sustainable design and construction principles within a sound economic framework.
Wherever possible we focus on the construction of buildings that have achieved at least a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating or Sustainable Code Level 4.
Our own environmental management system underpins the construction process itself, recognising that buildings and structures can have a significant impact on the use of non-renewable resources, energy and water in their construction and operation.
And on our own development projects we are focused on delivering sustainable buildings which go well beyond the requirements of current building regulations. The added value will be measured by savings in life cycle costs - with the ultimate aim of delivering truly carbon neutral buildings.
